As a family owned and operated business who is going into their 20th year, this crisis had been life altering to say the least. It can be hard at time to put into words the emotions that we have gone through these past few months. It has been a struggle at times, to say the least, to find the perfect way to serve our guests as they are used to with limited team members while also ensuring our guests and teams safety. Every day we strive to make sure we are serving our community and achieving our mission on daily, hourly… heck… on a per order basis. Never in our wildest dreams did we ever think we’d be coming to your cars with self made bandana masks and gloves on and asking “Hi- are you are Mike L. or Mike D”. Throughout all of this, we try our best to “live in the good” knowing that there might be days were we fail. And that is heartbreaking for us to know that we may disappoint our customers and not provide the experience they are used to- regardless of that fact that their meal now comes in a compostable boxes.
