With numerous garbage cans, the park stays clean and there is a walking trail inside the fenced area. With a large and small dog section, you don’t have to worry about your Pomeranian getting trampled by a Bull Mastiff. Conveniently located off Wurzbach Parkway just North of the San Antonio International Airport, it’s a great place to stretch your legs and let the dog run wild after a long flight.

Lady Bird Johnson Dog Park

Known as a smaller dog park, there are a bunch of obstacles spaced around for your dog to get comfortable working with. Tall trees provide a nice, shaded area during the scorching summer months. The park provides a dog bag and trash can station as well as a drinking fountain for canines and humans. Despite its size, there are still divided sections for small and large dogs to keep them safe. While your pup plays, the kids can enjoy the playground, soccer fields, baseball fields, basketball court, and the skate park.
