Pregnancy Care Center is a non-profit, 501 (3)(c) organization serving the San Antonio community since 1981. We provide compassionate care to women and men facing an unplanned pregnancy through a variety of free services; options counseling, pregnancy tests, limited sonograms and STI testing, parenting support programs and material assistance with baby care items. We help you know your options and respect your ability to make an informed decision about your pregnancy.
